some of my proposals to ammend our 1986 constitution

(under construction)
here are some observations na napansin ko sa ating saligang batas

Senatorial representation_

1. ang Estrada family ay may tatlong senador sa family nila erap, loi and jinggoy
pero and eastern mindanao since 1960 ay wala kahit isa
2. and Osmena Family ay simultaneous nag ka senador, both from cebu
3. basketball player, movie stars as long na popular ka sa mga tao

"dapat siguro ay ibalik na mag karoon tayo ulit ng Senatorial districts na sinimulan in the American Colonial periods until 1949"
o kaya gawin nila per region ang mga senador para equally represented ang mga geograpic groups irregardless the number of population. just like sa USA, 2 senators for every state , except DC
sa Australia, pro rata sa kanilang territory and state except Northern Territory
maigi na yun lower house na 250,000 per member of the house of representative

Sa united states, 280,000.000 ang tao pero isang tao lang ang binoboto as a whole, not even the vice president is voted as a whole ( a vote for president is a vote for vice presiden)\t)
pero dito sa atin we vote 26 persons nationwide. President, Vice President and 24 senators
kaya marami dito na people who acts like a president, lalo na pag mas malaki pa vote na nakuha ng topnochther na senador kaysa sa president,

Term limits

We are too centralized, all provinces and cities are all centerd in Manila, just like Spain, geographically, madrid located at the center of spain, too weak sub government entity of spain, everything is decided from Madrid, pareho tayo we have :
2 self autonomic areas, Basque and catalan, one is a branded terorist ETA at ang mga Catalkonia are too proud at too suppirior than main stream castillian. they call them selves not as spanish but catalans

gaya din natin pag nag request ang sub govt entity ng spain for a paper clip or a xerox machine, eto ay dadaan pa sa Madrid central government, just like manila's DBM,

embolectomy_ daddy tony aug 13, 2009

Background: We analyzed the embolectomy results and complications of patients who were operated on after a diagnosis of late acute arterial occlusion of lower extremities.

Methods: A total of 122 patients operated on in our clinic between 2004 and 2009 for late acute arterial occlusion were included in the study. Late arterial occlusion was defined as occlusion occuring 72 hours after initial manifestation of the patient complaints related to the affected lower extremity.

Results: Average age of the 122 patients (71 male, 51 female) was 54.2 ± 16.8 years. In this cohort, 64.75% of patients had cardiac pathologies, while 28.68% had extracardiac causes; 1.64% patients had cathetherization, 0.81% patient had malignancy, and 2.46% patients had a history of trauma. In 1.64% of the cases, no reason for thromboembolysis could be found. Thirty-one patients (25.40%) had additional surgical operations, 14 (11.47%) had fasciotomy, and 9 (7.37%) had amputation. Re-embolectomy was performed on 37 patients (30.32%) who had ongoing ischemia after an operation. Additional surgical operations were performed on 31 patients (25.40%) with ongoing ischemia. In 14 of these cases (11.47%), patients were treated with fasciotomy due to development of compartment syndrome. Amputation was performed on a total of 9 patients. Early in the postoperative phase, mortality was observed in 11 patients (9.01%).

Conclusion: We believe that late embolectomies of acute late leg ischemia increases blood flow in the extremity and reduces the number of amputations required.

USS George Washington CVA73

USS George Washington (CVN 73) is the sixth ship in the Nimitz class of nuclear-powered supercarriers, and the fourth United States Navy ship to be named after George Washington, first President of the United States. She was built by Newport News Shipbuilding and was commissioned July 4, 1992.

Previously homeported in Norfolk, VA, in May, 2008, the carrier was en route to its new homeport in Japan when it suffered a serious fire off the coast of South America causing $70 million in damages and resulting in the relief from command of both its Captain and Executive Officer. The George Washington underwent repairs in San Diego, CA, shortly after the blaze, and finally arrived in Yokosuka on September 24, 2008 to a mixture of cheers and protests from the local populace

" Daddy just called up and he wanted to visit the US navy carrier USS george washington. it is the replacement of USS kitty hawk, now docked at manila Bay"

when I was in grade schol everytime there s a foreign navy ship visits our ports in manila we never failed to view it even from a far, now yun pa rin ang gusto nya, sana it is dock along a per unlike the USS america visit in 1970 we have to ride a Philippine navy tender just to visit it,
we have visited, USS Nautilus, Uss Oklahoma City, Uss charles adams, mv savanah, and some others more, including JSDF navy

feast of my patron st phelomena Aug 11, 2009

lighting candles a the shrine

one the the yearly ritual in the shrine is the kissing of the relics, it must have been abone or a cloth of st philomena
Saint Philomena is venerated as a virgin martyr saint of the Roman Catholic Church, said to have been a young Greek princess martyred in the 4th century. Her veneration began in the early 19th century after the archaeological discovery in the Catacombs of Priscilla of the bones of a young woman, which were interpreted as those of a martyr. Nothing else was known about her, but an inscription found at the tomb was taken to indicate that her name was (in the Latin of the inscription) Filumena; corresponding to the English name Philomena.

The remains were removed to Mugnano del Cardinale in 1805 and became the focus of widespread devotion, with several miracles credited to the saint's intercession, including the healing of Venerable Pauline Jaricot in 1835, which received wide publicity. Saint Jean Vianney attributed to her intercession the extraordinary cures that others attributed to himself. Accounts of her life and martyrdom circulated on the basis of visions of a Neapolitan nun.

Her liturgical celebration was never included in the General Roman Calendar for universal use, but, beginning in 1837, it was approved for some places. The 1920 typical edition of the Roman Missal included a mention of her, under August 11, in the section headed Missae pro aliquibus locis (Masses for some places), with an indication that the Mass to be used in those places was one from the common of a Virgin Martyr, without any collect proper to the saint.[2] On 14 February 1961, the Holy See ordered that the name of Saint Philomena be removed from all liturgical calendars that mentioned her.[3] Accordingly, the 1962 Roman Missal, the edition In his Relazione istorica della traslazione del sacro corpo di s. Filomena da Roma a Mugnano del Cardinale De Lucia recounts that wonders accompanied the arrival of the relics in his church, among them a statue that sweated some liquid continuously for three days.[10]

The spread of devotion to her in France as well as in Italy was helped when Saint John Vianney built a shrine in her honour and referred to her often, attributing to her the miracles that others attributed to himself.[7] Another help was the cure of the near-dying Venerable Pauline Jaricot, founder of the Society for the Propagation of the Faith,[11] at Philomena's shrine on 10 August 1835[10][7][12][6]

Another miracle accepted as proved in the same year was the multiplication of the bone dust of the saint, which provided for hundreds of reliquaries without the original amount experiencing any decrease in quantity.[6]
whose continued use as an extraordinary form of the Roman Rite is authorized by the motu proprio Summorum Pontificum, also has no mention of her
[edit] Authorization of cult
On 13 January 1837, in the aftermath of the cure of Venerable Pauline Jaricot, Pope Gregory XVI authorized liturgical celebration of Philomena on 11 August[8][10] or, according to another source, originally on 9 September,[7] first in the Diocese of Nola (to which Mugnano del Cardinale belongs), and soon in several other dioceses in Italy.

This permission that Pope Gregory XVI gave on 13 January 1837 for public celebration of Philomena in some limited places, not throughout the Church, has been interpreted as "raising Saint Philomena to the altars of the universal Church", a liturgical act proper only to a canonized saint.[13][not in citation given] The name of this Philomena was never included in the Roman Martyrology, the official list of saints recognized by the Roman Catholic Church and in which the saints are included immediately upon canonization.[14]

In the 1920 typical edition of the Roman Missal Philomena is mentioned, under 11 August (with an indication that the Mass for her feastday was to be taken entirely from the common, so that there was no part, not even the collect, that was proper to her) in the section headed "Masses for some places", i.e. only those places for which it had been specially authorized.[2]

On 14 February 1961, the Holy See ordered that the name of Saint Philomena be removed from all the liturgical calendars that mentioned her.[3]

I REMEBER MY MOTHER WITH THIS SONG

(l. san pedro/l. celerio)

A fallout shelter is an enclosed space specially designed to protect occupants from radioactive debris or fallout resulting from a nuclear explosion. Many such shelters were constructed as civil defense measures during the Cold War.

After a nuclear explosion, matter vaporized in the resulting fireball is exposed to neutrons from the explosion, absorbs them, and becomes radioactive. When this material condenses in the cloud, it forms dust and light sandy material that resembles ground pumice. The fallout emits both beta particles and gamma rays. Much of this highly radioactive material then falls to earth, subjecting anything within the line of sight to radiation, a significant hazard. A fallout shelter is designed to allow its occupants to minimize exposure to harmful fallout until radioactivity has decayed to a safer level
