several years back naing project ko din eto, i introduced suggestion bx drop spots sa cityhall lobby, public market, sta clara church, lady of sorrows, san roque church.
after 5 months i stop this project because 80% of the drop contents are from our city hall employess insinuating insults to thier co employess, which is so personal.
how ever most o the honest to goodness comments are from people who wans to comment on garbage collections
