pork with hoisin sauce

ngredients:
3/4 pound boneless pork
Marinade:
2 teaspoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce:
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 tablespoons water or chicken broth
Other:
3 1/2 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed
2 slices ginger

I cooked a porerhouse steak for dad today, and he loves it

Sa araw araw nalang laging sarsiado ang niluluto ko kay daddy, kanina, i had a better Idea that it turns out more satisfying to me.

nag luto ako ng Porterhouse steak only with salt and pepper, at seared ko sa sobra init na pan, served it sa hot plate naubos ni daddy pati mga mash potato

ang saya saya ko pag nasarapa si dad sa mga luto ko.
