Arlene's roast beef, perfected at 145 degrees
this is the actual pix of Arlene's roast beef, she has almost perfected its taste and color, its both pleasing to the eyes and palate, it is slowly oven roasted till you reached 145 degrees, at that temperature, the crusting of salt and herbs will be a perfect toppings of the prime roast beef.
the tenderness, is comparable to the roast beef carvings at fine hotels
This is what we have at New Years day Lunch and Lechon, and this calls for my reliable "xenical"
