here are some observations na napansin ko sa ating saligang batas

Senatorial representation_

1. ang Estrada family ay may tatlong senador sa family nila erap, loi and jinggoy
pero and eastern mindanao since 1960 ay wala kahit isa
2. and Osmena Family ay simultaneous nag ka senador, both from cebu
3. basketball player, movie stars as long na popular ka sa mga tao

"dapat siguro ay ibalik na mag karoon tayo ulit ng Senatorial districts na sinimulan in the American Colonial periods until 1949"
o kaya gawin nila per region ang mga senador para equally represented ang mga geograpic groups irregardless the number of population. just like sa USA, 2 senators for every state , except DC
sa Australia, pro rata sa kanilang territory and state except Northern Territory
maigi na yun lower house na 250,000 per member of the house of representative

Sa united states, 280,000.000 ang tao pero isang tao lang ang binoboto as a whole, not even the vice president is voted as a whole ( a vote for president is a vote for vice presiden)\t)
pero dito sa atin we vote 26 persons nationwide. President, Vice President and 24 senators
kaya marami dito na people who acts like a president, lalo na pag mas malaki pa vote na nakuha ng topnochther na senador kaysa sa president,

Term limits




We are too centralized, all provinces and cities are all centerd in Manila, just like Spain, geographically, madrid located at the center of spain, too weak sub government entity of spain, everything is decided from Madrid, pareho tayo we have :
2 self autonomic areas, Basque and catalan, one is a branded terorist ETA at ang mga Catalkonia are too proud at too suppirior than main stream castillian. they call them selves not as spanish but catalans

gaya din natin pag nag request ang sub govt entity ng spain for a paper clip or a xerox machine, eto ay dadaan pa sa Madrid central government, just like manila's DBM,

para ma develope ang Mindanao at Visayas, dapat mag karron tayo ng Legislative Capital sa Mindanao, Judicial capital sa Visayas at excecutive capital sa Luzon - Manila ganyan ang ginawa nila sa South Africa, Johanesburg, capetown at legislature at seat of govt, iba lugar
