,THE CAUSE OF HIS STROKE WAS LACK OF SLEEP, IN CONGRESS WHEN HE HAD A STROKE DURING A COMMITEE HEARING HE WAS READING AND STUDYING ABOUT LASER ALL NIGHT.
IN 1999 APRIL HIS STROKE AGAIN WAS DUE TO HIS MONITORING OF PEACE AND ORDER AND GARBAGE COLLECTION TILL 3AM EVERYDAY
5 months before the stroke, he complains of difficulty in walking, due to his knees he uses a cane and sometimes walker or sling.
