Iberian Pig

trying out an iberian Pig some where at Green belt Spanish restaurant, the real test is cut it with plates not with a knife. Sanish food is my favorite, na develope ko ang taste ko sa spanish food sa Plaza Mayor sa Madrid years back on a visit to our mother country. dun ko din natuklasan that they serve beer in fast food chains like macdonalds.
that all shops are close from 1pm to 4 pm for siesta
that people have thier dinner at 10 pm but have light snacks at 7pm at Tapas bar called tapas, sa atin pulutan cuts. from olive fried shim, called la placha, squids and etc

Spanish folklores said that black pig are more tasty than othe colors.
